At Kingdom Crew™, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Every item is made to order through our print-on-demand partners and we stand behind the quality of each product.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. To help us process your request quickly, please include clear photos of the issue when contacting us.

Quality Concerns

If you’re not happy with the quality of your product for any reason, please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving it. We will review your concern and do our best to make it right, which may include a replacement or refund.

Returns & Exchanges

Because all products are custom made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for issues such as ordering the wrong size, color, or simply changing your mind. Please check our size charts carefully before purchasing.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund once it has been issued.
