1. Defective, Damaged, or Quality Issues

We appreciate your business and support of Kingdom Crew and our Mission, We want you to love your Kingdom Crew Gear so if you have any issues with your order please click the bottons below to contact us and we will work with you to make things right!

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 10 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue. After review, we will issue a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

In some cases, we may require the item to be returned. In other cases, a return may not be required. We will provide instructions if a return is necessary. If a return is required due to a fulfillment error, we cover the shipping.

2. Sizing or Changed Mind

Because all items are made to order, sizing errors or changed mind requests are eligible for store credit only.

You must contact us within 10 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and unwashed.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue store credit for the item price only. Original shipping is not credited.

Store credit for guest orders will be issued as a gift card code sent by email.
